RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please fill out the return form located on this page with your name, email address, & order number. After submitting the form, you may then mail your return and order form you received in your package to the following address:

Please do not mail us back your item without submitting a return form.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Custom made-to-order items

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@skullsnspurs.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for another, please email support@skullsnspurs.com with your name, order number, which item from your order you are returning, and which item you would like to exchange it for. You will need to return your item first and make another order to purchase your exchange. Once your first item is received, we will email you a discount code for free shipping on your next purchase.

SALES

Please note that in the case of sale items, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges on sale items unless the item is deemed faulty.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take approximately 3 to 5 business days. If your refund has been issued but you have not received it after this time, please contact us at contact@skullsnspurs.com.
